Transition Management Services, Inc. (TMS) has its offices centrally located in the Plaza Bairoa Building, Suite 207 next to the commercial and industrial sector of Villa Blanca in the city of Caguas. Its proximity to the northern, eastern, and southern industrial sectors of Puerto Rico was the principal motivator for choosing Caguas as the site of TMS. It is easily accessible to users living in the metropolitan area who will normally travel against rush hour traffic. Parking is available in the proximity of the building.

  The facilities compose what is known as a full Outplacement service office. Over 1,600 square feet of space include a conference room that comfortably sits fifteen (15) persons. Flip Charts, overhead, chalkboard, television monitor, video camera, and a videocassette recorder, are available for use. The office also provides space for consultants, shared offices and semi-private spaces for Outplacement candidates, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette with microwave oven and refrigerator. Office furniture is of the modular variety providing flexibility in use of space.

  All Outplacement candidates have access to the use of personal computers. A magazine, periodical, book and video library is available to perform necessary research for reemployment, consulting or starting a business venture. The facilities are available to be utilized by client companies for meetings, interviews, etc. without charge.
