Management

 

·                     Designed and planned a corporate culture change oriented to the maintenance area and established             maintenance policy, statistic process control of operation versus maintenance for a corporation of

            250 employees and a $5M investment.

·                     Obtained the ISO 9002 certification for Maintenance Department in Chemical Plant.

 

Engineering/Technical

 

·                     Evaluation and development of project to change solid state control relay for PLC technology to Melamine Laminate of Wood Line, using PLC 5/25 family Allen Bradley and panel-view screen, with 630 digital input/output position modules, reducing the electric failure time at 95%, increasing  productivity by $1.5 million.

·                                             Development and implementation of project to increase running speed of Indigo Tinted Machine,                        increasing productivity efficiency by 40%.
