Environmental Process Inspector

Responsible for the preparation of culture media and growth promoting test for Microbiology tests. Take and analyze process water samples. Perform LAL method in both water and products. Main Aseptic and Non-Aseptic areas properly stocked with “RCS Air Sampler”, “Radacs” & “Swabs”.

Amgen Manufacturing – Juncos, PR

Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsible for the identification of bacteria utilizing methods such as “Vitex”, “Minitek”, “Oxiferm Tubes”, “Api”, and “Flow NFTEK”. Spore Control and Population Studies.

Lyphomed Pharmaceutical – Canovanas, PR

Laboratory Technician

Responsible for maintaining the Aseptic areas within permitted parameters by conducting the pertinent water and environmental analysis. Responsible for sterilized parenteral analysis utilizing membrane filtration methods such as “Steritest”. Also performed LAL tests on water and products and determined endotoxin concentration in glassware to be used in the validation process.
