Responsible for supervising six (6) employees and all of the warehouse activities including the planning and production for international orders and the preparation of all domestic and international documentation related to the shipment coordination.

 

Results:

ü      Achieved and maintained 13.5% favorable variance over expense budget.

ü      Led the warehouse, label office, and traffic areas in supporting the plant effort, increasing the quality assurance capability rating to over 85%.

ü      Improved the rejected material’s disposition process by relocating the rejected material’s cage and using contract services to destroy non-hazardous materials outside of the plant’s facilities.
