Perform role that included Record maintenance of all engineering projects;  perform inventories, and purchase and administer all office materials; maintain personal records of all engineers (Human Resources liaison); update engineering standards, data book, general design permises, drawing index, ASME Code Book, equipment master index, etc.;  perform all filing details that included memos, letters, work orders, engineering work assignments, drawing, foreign prints, project purchase orders, Afe’s, Rfe’s and Bill of Materials.

Perform administrative duties such as:  Prepare employment verification for hourly and non-exempt employees;  Compile and maintain EEO logs, applicant logs, separation logs, new hire logs, training logs and promotion logs; Revise and process invoices for approval received in the Human Resources Department; Set up and maintain hourly and non-exempt employees files.
